This is simply a request for infomation and a quote. Submitting this request does not commit you or Keystone Heritage Works to any course of action. Should you, after you review our feedback, wish to proceed, we will provide a formal quote with a scope of work for your approval.
What Happens Next?

- We’ll determine whether the project appears technically feasible.
- If we need clarification, we’ll contact you.
- Once we understand the project, we’ll prepare a quotation outlining scope, estimated pricing, and expected production schedule.
- No work begins until you’ve approved the quotation.

Because every custom commission is different, we carefully evaluate each request before providing a quotation.
Submitting a project request does not obligate either party to proceed.
Some projects may require additional information, while others may not be technically feasible or practical to manufacture.
If we determine that we cannot successfully complete a project, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
